You can easily select precise settings with a touch of the finger, thanks to the Direktouch system, which gives you instant access to the hob controls. The intelligent design of this hob doesnt end at its appearance and simple usability; it uses power intelligently for reduced energy consumption thanks to an Öko timer, which allows you to use the hobs residual heat during the last few minutes of the cooking process. You have complete control with the AEG HK884400XG induction hob: the CountUp timer allows you to closely monitor the progress of each dish , as it starts at zero and keeps counting until you stop or reset it. The STOP+GO function simultaneously switches all cooking zones that are switched on to the keep warm setting, and then back to the heat setting that was previously used. Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant; it is easily controlled and energy efficient.
