Domino hob Allowing you to tailor make a flexible cooking centre, the 30cm wide PIE375C14E provides you with precise electronic control via metal control dials and automatic pan recognition. This hob is an excellent solution if you dont have space for a full sized hob or if you want extra cooking capacity alongside your existing hob. Variable 9-stage power settings Choose from 9 different heat levels making it easier to control your cooking. A PowerBoost function allows you to increase the power by 50% for even faster heat up times, all easily controllable via surface mounted control dials. 2 stage residual heat indicator Provides clear indication of when a zone is still hot after it has been turned off. There are 2 levels - "H" if there is sufficient heat to continue cooking and "h" if there is insufficient heat to cook with, but it's still hot enough for caution. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.
