The De'Longhi F28311 Roto fryer uses a unique rotating basket with a capacity of only half the oil of traditional deep fryers. To fry 1kg of food you need only 1 to 1.2 litres of oil, saving you money. Operation is easy and extra safe thanks to an external control which allows you to raise or lower the basket with the lid closed. The extra large viewing window ensures you can always keep on eye on what youre cooking, and with an adjustable thermostat of between 150-190ºC you can control the temperature as required, a nifty light telling you when to start frying. Double filters for odour and oil vapour help keep cooking smells to a minimum and theres a useful indicator telling you when they need to be replaced. With a removable dishwasher-safe lid cleaning is a breeze, and with integral cord storage the De'Longhi F28311 Roto fryer will look neat and tidy on the worktop when not in use.
