This Siemens EH375MV17E domino induction hob combines touchSlider operation with black ceramic glass, for a stunning futuristic effect. 2 induction cooking zones and 1 flexi-induction zone with electronic control provide a fast and efficient form of heating, for superb cooking results. Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant; it is easily controlled and energy efficient. 17 power levels with a power boost setting and a power level display keep you updated at all times. Thanks to automatic pan size recognition, a zone will only heat up when a suitable magnetic pan is placed on it. The pan size is recognised, and heat is only generated where the pan is detected, saving energy and time. A timer is on hand for all zones and an automatic safety switch provides peace of mind. Domino hobs get their name from their distinctive oblong shape. By installing several different types of unit adjacent to each other, you can create a flexible and versatile cooking hub. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base.
