This Siemens EH975SZ17E induction hob combines touchSlider operation with black ceramic glass and front facette with side trim, for a stunning futuristic effect. 5 induction cooking zones and 2 flexi-induction zones with electronic control provide a fast and efficient form of heating, for superb cooking results. Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant; it is easily controlled and energy efficient. A triple circuit cooking zone with 17 power levels and a power boost setting provide complete flexibility. A power level display keeps you updated at all times. A timer is on hand for all zones and an automatic safety switch provides peace of mind. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.
