The Siemens flexInduction EH675MN27E hob is designed for greater flexibility when cooking thanks to the Extra-large cooking surfaces. Finished in black glass with side trim, the cooktop offers a clean and presentable finish to be proud of. Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant, easily controlled and energy efficient. The extra-large cooking surfaces allow for tailored cooking zones, whereby you can simply place your cookware wherever you want on the flexInduction cooking zone. In total, there are four cooking zones which can all be used at the same time. The innovative flexInduction cooking zone and two traditional cooking zones feature a powerBoost-function which will serve your cooking with up to 50% more power behind it. The touchSlider controls 17 temperature settings to give you a variety of cooking options, which you can monitor on the electronic power level display. And when you are not using the hob, you can rest assured that the automatic safety switch off will prevent any accidental burns. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.
